The Knee Hug

  1. Lie down on a mat with your back flat on the floor.

  2. Slowly bend your knees and bring them in close to your chest.

  3. Grasp your shins, pulling them in gently, and hold for 30 seconds.

  4. Slowly lower your legs back down to the floor.
