SEATED TWIST

  1. Sit on a mat and stretch your legs out in front of your body.

  2. Bring your left leg over your right leg and place your left foot on the floor, bending your left knee.

  3. Twist to the left and use your right arm to press your left knee gently inward.

  4. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat on the other side.
