Lunging Calf Stretch

  1. Stand tall with your feet shoulder width apart.

  2. Take a step forward with your left foot and bend your knee slightly.

  3. Lean forward, keeping your back straight.

  4. Press your right heel into the ground for a calf stretch.

  5. Hold the position for 45-60 seconds.

  6. Repeat on the other leg.
