Stand tall with your feet shoulder width apart.
Take a step forward with your left foot and bend your knee slightly.
Lean forward, keeping your back straight.
Press your right heel into the ground for a calf stretch.
Hold the position for 45-60 seconds.
Repeat on the other leg.
