Standing Quad Stretch

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.

  2. Bend your left knee and bring your left heel toward your buttocks.

  3. Hold your left foot with your left hand.

  4. Gently pull your heel upwards and toward your buttocks while sliding your knee slightly backwards maintaining a straight back.

  5. Ensure your knees are kept close together.

  6. Hold the position for 30-45 seconds.

  7. Repeat on the other leg.
