Kneeling Psoas Stretch

  1. Kneel on one knee with your left knee on the floor and your right foot flat on the floor in front of you.

  2. Keep your right knee bent to about 90 degrees. Place your hands on your right thigh.

  3. To intensify the stretch, reach up with your left arm.

  4. Keep your core engaged and hips square.

  5. Push your hips forward while pressing down with your left foot.

  6. Hold the position for 45-60 seconds.

  7. Repeat on the other leg.
