  1. Sit on the floor.

  2. Form a circle with your legs by keeping the soles of your feet together and dropping your knees sideways towards the ground.

  3. Keeping a straight back and bringing your feet closer to your body intensifies the stretch.

  4. Hold the position for 45-60 seconds.
