Figure 4 Stretch

  1. Lie on your back with knees bent, feet flat and in line with your hips.

  2. Place either ankle on top of opposite bent knee, forming a figure four (i.e. cross your legs).

  3. Grab back of thigh of bent leg and pull it towards your chest.

  4. Keep your head and neck relaxed.

  5. Hold the position for 45 - 60 seconds.

  6. Repeat on the other leg.
