Lie on your back with knees bent, feet flat and in line with your hips.
Place either ankle on top of opposite bent knee, forming a figure four (i.e. cross your legs).
Grab back of thigh of bent leg and pull it towards your chest.
Keep your head and neck relaxed.
Hold the position for 45 - 60 seconds.
Repeat on the other leg.
